Restaurants and Bars
Following renovations, the restaurant welcomes you in larger and completely redecorated dining rooms.
The vaulted dining room retains its 16th century charm and is enhanced by one of Jacques Margerina's Provencal trompe l'œil. The second dining room is now fitted with an exquisite 17th century fountain.
Sheltered by Saint-Paul’s ramparts, the flower-decked terrace offers peaceful settings where you can enjoy refreshing dishes with distinctly Mediterranean flavours. In the evening, guests can enjoy a romantic dinner under the starry Riviera sky.
The restaurant was awarded its first Michelin Star in March 2000.
